I can sense Chad's percentages dropping rapidly.

I wasn’t expecting to have such a visceral reaction. I am sobbing!!! Justice has finally come for Tylee, JJ, and Tammy.

I am just so sad. Glad that this is finally over. What a psychopath. He had to destroy his own family as well. I hope EM and GD get treatment. Maybe change their last names too.

I cannot believe Prior didn't want the jury polled!!!

Again, so many thanks go to Grandma Kay. We never would have known if not for her love and perseverance.

Excellent news. Is it the same jury who decide whether its DP or not?

Just watched it Live. Thank You Jurors!
Guilty, Guilty, Guilty, and Guilty to Everything.
Wow, right into Sentencing, and the Death Penalty

is on the table.

It's what I and all of us expected and I'm glad but I don't feel happy. The victims are still dead and a couple of murderous psychos being put away doesn't fix that :(

As JJ’s verdict was being read, I thought about Larry and Kay hearing these words and the tears have just been flowing.

Do you think they will never believe he is guilty????????

Oh! I missed it!! Will there be a replay? I was waiting for it to start on East Idaho News and forgot you have to refresh the page!
However, I’m happy. Great news. So he was still smug huh? He knew he was guilty.
And for what Chad? Power over women?

I predict they will come back this evening with three life sentences so they all go home. It’s been grueling for them. If they spend the night, I bet they are really considering the death penalty. IMO.

Yes, because in Idaho you need a jury to determine a death sentence, so they keep this jury empaneled.
What about victim's statements?

When will the victim impact statements be read?

It is anticlimactic. I am just glad that the jurors did their due diligence. I wonder how long it will take to do the penalty phase.

What about victim's statements?
I don’t know for sure but I would think that any of these would be included in the state’s presentation in the penalty phase. Since it is DP case it is a little different than a typical trial where the victim impact statements are given to help the judge decide on what sentence to impose. The jury will make the decision here so I would think any victim impact statements must be given before the jury goes in to deliberate the penalty.
