I don't understand why the defense wants to belabor testimony about the prostitute. Kilgore has made his point the sting was a little bit hinky, and D. may have felt coerced by the situation- pot, prostitution, already on probation- to say she remembered RH.
So what? RH definitely called her, and likely there is evidence he called other escort services. Isn't State's point here supposed to be that he was going outside his marriage and breaking the law to do so? The DT isn't going to score any points IMO quibbling about the details. Drawing this out just makes it seem a whole lot more relevant than it is.
Per Kilgore, the number that Witness Det Escamillo testified 10/3/16 and again today that the # from Doerr tablet was

*IF I caught the number correct from Evans on ReDirect a number on page #35 of his report #

ETA: Det Escamillo also testified that he is who picked up the CF receipts and 2 video discs from CF, and took them back and gave to Det Stoddard. Witness made no report on this. Said made note that CF mgr said the time stamp on the receipts were 18 min faster than the time stamp on the video recordings. Only tasked with picking up not analyzing.
Also Yeager gave him a disc to give to Stoddard, he walked 150ft over to Stoddard office and gave to him. (unsure which disc this is but was noted in Yeager report of this)
****ETA I don't know why I put the whole number in, but I just realized and that not good, could be wrong and someone may have that number. SORRY.
