I have no idea what the number they were investigating. Have to go back and listen again, but I thought the number that Evans read off was a total different number? Meaning not one number off? Like the last 4 were 8674 for RH?

I watched and listened and was paying attention, and the impression I had at the end was the discrepancy amounted to a single digit, but can easily be wrong. Didn't make any sense that Kilgore would be beating up on that affable State witness over a typo.

The jury is likely despising RH right now. Still don't see how her testimony is more probative than prejudicial.

They've been very good on cross examination. I thought today was not their best. It seemed like they were digging for what wasn't there, and it made the prostitute situation look more significant than it is. Not sure why they took the angle they did.

I imagine questioning the minor girls is a difficult thing for them, and they have to be very careful there.

Grr don't like it when we can only listen to a reporter take/notes. But can only have what ya have and be somewhat grateful. And in this case, though I totally agree with the Judge decision . The Jury heard and that is what is important. JMHO
