For those that are not familiar with Chick-fil-A, it is a private company in Atlanta and WELL known for their stated company purpose...

Bet ya you won't find many corporations that state that is their primary purpose!

It has a very deep and compelling and strong religious base, and those that are attracted to be highed there usually are of the same feelings

Wait . I missed that . The entire basis for the belief Ross had sex with a man is Ms Meadows the Motive saying Ross had used the term "glory hole" to describe a potential encounter? Seriously?

One of the previous sexters (xJackiex) said Ross mentioned he hooked up with a guy from a dating app. Personally, I do not believe that.

Agreed, just pointing out eveyone thought he was the perfect family man too. (And he wasn't an IT guy, stupid on the computers which was a good thing too). Interesting case.

I was stunned when Mr. Boring came out with that in court today.

maybe this was a good sign for the defense and a sign the state is grasping for straws trying to get that one last repulsive hit on the defendant hoping the discust will set in when the jury goes to deliberate. I bet most of them did not know what it is and will ask. OMG I would love to be a fly on the wall in that room when they get their answer LOL

With the parade of coached witnesses that make up the defense's case (if you can call it that), Boring has to do something to remind the jury who JRH really is.

No he said he met a man from whisper while on vacation. That is not the same instance.

Hope4More, I don't have antipathy towards Leanna.
Most definitely not! I like Leanna. I sympathize with her situation before, during, and after this trial. I believe she told truthfully what she knew and believed to be true. I have never once thought she was involved in anyway with Cooper's death. I don't know why you think I believe otherwise.?!

I was wondering why she did not include- RH loved Cooper- in her last finishing statement since she is and likely the most credible defense witness. (therefore the 'suppose to'). I surmised she didn't because she was angry from what she had just learned from the prosecutor. That RH cheated so much more than known by her.

IMO the defense has no business accusing the State of lying since they claimed at the beginning JRH was a happily married father trying to have his cake and eat it too. That turned out to be a huge lie.

Believe what? The 'sex with a man' allegation? He's had sex with a prostitute and exchanged pornographic pictures with an underage teen. He's given us no evidence to show he has much in the way of sexual boundaries/taboos. I find the allegation to be believable when considering Ross's obsessive drive for risky sexual behavior.

Wonder if the defense will call a sex addiction expert. They have gone on and on about it so I guess it could potentially happen. I'm sure they will end on Dr. Diamond. They are building that way it seems.

It will be interesting to see how this pans out.

The defense keeps putting on witness after witness saying "Ross loved Cooper soooo much!" And then the pros just keeps asking "Did Ross seem like a good person/friend/co-worker/husband?" And reminding them all, every single time, every single juror, how Ross had two very different personalities. These witnesses are doing more harm than good, I think.

They can all say how amazing Ross was over and over again but have to admit they had no idea what he was doing in private. So to say he couldn't kill Cooper because he loved him so much is a completely invalid argument. He may have looked like he loved Cooper on the outside, but who *really* knows?? NO ONE!

Reconstructing from project manager dude's testimony today:

1. When Ross woke up around 5-5:30, he believed he had a meeting at 10AM, which he would be in charge of as lead developer, the 1st time he had been given that responsibility.

2. Project manager sent Ross an email at 8:34AM, telling him one of the invitees had requested the meeting be rescheduled; the proposed new time was for around noon, 12:30.

3. Ross didnt tell Leanna before she left, at 7:15, that he planned on taking Cooper to CFA.

4. Ross responded to the project manager at 8:46 that rescheduling was fine, but that he preferred the afternoon, around 3:30.

5. Ross most likely was en route by then, given the distance from his home to the Treehouse, but not necessarily, since the State never timed the route, just relied upon Google.

(If en route to daycare, or just as he was leaving home, decided with that news to take Cooper to CFA? )

6. Video has entering CFA at 9:00.

7. Ross received a confirmation email at 9:01 that the meeting had been rescheduled for 3:30.
