Does anyone actually believe that the cruise (or house hunting) makes Ross innocent? I find that implication insulting to my intelligence.

It's actual evidence that he wasn't trying to "escape" family, he was planning for family. As opposed to making twisted inferences based on his irrelevant sexting.

He never did book that cruise. He never did look at any houses.

Same here. You said earlier that LH and JRH acted like Cooper was gone after Memorial day weekend and I think that is a good observation. They both decided that Cooper was too old for pictures but not too old to keep riding in an infant car seat.

If memory serves correctly, they were planning a cruise in May but JRH didn't contact anyone until he was contacted himself. JRH wasn't exactly going out of his way to make the cruise happen. He wasn't bombarding anyone with emails or text messages. I have never gone on a cruise but I would imagine that one could make plans then change them later anyway.

The house hunting is a non sequitor to me because childless couples buy houses all the time. The extra rooms can be used for gaming rooms, guest rooms, ect.

"There is no way around it. To find Ross guilty of murder, you bascially ahve to just ignore it. Like it was never even brought out. Why? Because a person planning to do what they say Ross did -- that kind of person is not planning to take his child on a cruise."

Kilgore is seriously suggesting that he was happily married?

After numerous texts that JRH would divorce LH if not for Cooper?

Now he is saying JRH had nothing to gain. Really? He would have gotten the divorce he wanted, the freedom he needed to chase teenagers and women, a modest insurance settlement, lifelong sympathy for his son's death, and a position as an advocate for FBS. There's a lot more but right now I'm just like. :facepalm:

He says the fact that Harris was Googling about the cruise the day of Cooper's death proves that Harris was clueless that Cooper was out in his car. "The person planning to do what they say Ross did is not the type of person who takes their kid on a cruise."

Kilgore says you don't make plans and search for a home in a good school district for your son if you're planning to kill him.

Kilgore says Harris was already doing what he wanted to do and didn't need to kill his son to continue that.
