FACTS that can not and have not been disputed:
(1) Tori Stafford was kidnapped by TLM from Oliver Stephens school and brought to MR's car waiting down the road at a nursing home.
(2) MR was driving that car and was on video driving the same car by the school that day numerous times.
(3) MR and TLM drove to the Guelph Home Depot with Tori in the back where the murder weapon (hammer) was purchased by TLM with cash that MR just withdrew.
(4) MR waited outside Home Depot with Tori in the back seat.
(5) MR drove from Guelph to a dead end path on a rural side road near Mount Forest, an area he was familiar with, five minutes from where he used to work.
(6) Tori stafford was murdered at that location. Murder weapon identified as a hammer.
(7) Her blood was found in MR's car and on his gymbag.
(8) MR helped cover up the murder and get rid of evidence of the crime.
(9) Tori was found with no underwear/pants or skirt on.
(10) MR continued to keep in close contact with TLM and continued to lie to the police and hide his involvement.
Michael Raffety and Terri-Lynne McClintic are both GUILTY of kidnapping and murdering Tori Stafford.
Rafferty offered no defense to the events of the day except a hint from his lawyer that he was "duped" by TLM and that Tori was taken by TLM and killed for an unconfirmed drug debt. If that is the case, at what point did he realize he was being duped? If during the kidnapping, then he is guilty, if not until after the murder, it is beyond reasonable.
It is beyond reasonable to conclude that a 28 yr old man would wait down the street while TLM picked up a girl from school, only to drive to Guelph, give TLM money to buy a hammer, drive to an area that only he was familiar with, go down a dirt path in a rural field, watch TLM kill a little girl and say "oops, I was duped!". Then proceed to cover up the crime and go visit TLM in the detention center to cuddle and give her hugs.
No amount of rationalizing over the minute details can leave one to believe that Michael Rafferty was an innocent dupe.
This case is as clear as day. GUILTY on all accounts!
