I don't know how to get the tweets in here.
Judge just said that he would be guilty of murder too even if he didn't do it, if he knew what the hammer was bought for.

I like that one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't see the poll yet but I posted my predictions awile ago...4-6 hours and now I know why because that tree is quite big and they will need the time to climb it LOL. I think they will be done by tonight but they will not read the verdict until tomorrow morning first thing. What time does the court open?

deliberation hours: 9am-9pm with breaks as needed iirc

Rafferty was the person who was making the decisions, the crown says.

"Only together could they accomplish this unspeakable crime" Heeney says of the crown's position.

Honestly... you have to ask yourself why he was parked in the parking lot up the hill from the school... what was he waiting there for ?? This is where the defence story falls apart... for me anyhow MOO

I have no idea, like everyone I wish MR would have told his story long before know ... but he didn't. Taking the advice of his lawyer should not condemn him. Remember the Ramseys, how many people attacked them for not allowing the police to bully them into saying something that may have been taken out of context.

I think I saw a posting that said the jurors will work from 9am to 9pm, until a verdict is reached. I have also seen that decisions are sometimes reached in the middle of the night. If jurors work 9am to 9pm then how is it that a decision is sometimes reached in the middle of the night?

I've never heard of a middle of the night verdict, but some juries deliberate until 10 PM.

We are almost there. I know how i feel right now. I cant imagine what the Jurors or the Families are feeling. Bless them.

So, the way I understand it... the Jury goes into sequester after the Judge is finished with the charges but they don't start deliberating until tomorrow at 9AM? Is this correct?

RaffertyLFP: Heeney continues with Crown case all the meaures taken by Rafferty to cover up

RaffertyLFP: Heeney tells the jury their first job is to choose a foreman or foreperson

Judge says 1 of the 1st responsibilities when they leave the court room is to elect a foreperson. He or she will announce verdict.

I thought it was as soon as the Judge was finished today.

RaffertyLFP: Heeney ask jury not to begin deliberations until he checks if his charge was OK with Crown and defense

Jurors must also elect a fore person, Heeney tells them. They will moderate discussion and announce verdict.

somebody here in this forum was once part of a jury in London. She/he said that they had their verdict at midnight.

I certainly don’t know ... but did he intend for the child to die?
We can all say yes, but it doesn't make it so.

He obviously is not innocent, but was he the driving force behind the events of that day?

1st degree or manslaughter

JMO I think (outside of whether he should be convicted, and of what) just a small amount of what jurors will discuss is

the back seat, was there one there or not

where was Tori in the car

was Tori shoved or pushed into the car

what did MR know

who's idea was it to buy the hammer and bags? and did MR know what she bought?

was he there when Tori was killed, did he take part in her being killed with TLM, or kill Tori alone, or did TLM kill Tori alone

was Tori raped, did MR rape her or did TLM rape Tori

what was true and what wasn't from TLM

was there more info they aren't aware of re the drug debt

did TLM know Tori

did TLM know that Tori was walking alone that day

did TLM target Tori, if so, why

was this planned, planned by TLM alone, or did MR know, or did MR plan it

did MR ask TLM to grab Tori

regardless of how and why this disgusting tragedy happened, why did MR cover this up, lie to police and visit TLM and help her Mom

There's an enormous amount of stuff for them to discuss and hopefully be able to agree on, so any questions imo. JMO

No they start to deliberate right away until 9pm tonight and start again at 9 am tomorrow if there's still no verdict reached

RaffertyLFP: Heeney said there are four available verdicts for the murder count only two (guilty not guilty) for the sexual assault kidnapping counts

Judge asks jury not to begin deliberations immediately in case he needs to correct himself after speaking to lawyers

less than that...they gonna throw their shoes! MOO

I thought it was as soon as the Judge was finished today.

I've heard on the news that the jury goes for dinner and begin right after that in a room on the 14th floor of the courthouse.
