I am also sort of new to the case. Plz tell me: when is Elizabeth going to trial? I remember she was actually found competent back in December...

Insession just said September 4th for Elizabeth's trial.

Tammi has yet to spend little more than a few hours in jail. I hear she now lives in TN with her husband Jack, Jack's granddaughter (their adopted daughter) and Jack's other granddaughter (not sure if she has been legally adopted by them yet or not)...and I hear business is great for them.

I was thinking the same thing. Shheeesh. Is this another prosecutor I guess. She's not the same one that gave the OS is she. Does Logan not know what he pled to?

Baseball games and my own personal life calls for my full attention so please give updates often. When I had to turn off the trial and head up here to the ball field Logan was doing great and Tammi was just a smirking' away.
