Excuse me sir this is a two part question: question the 1st: suppose a jury member gets hungry can they eat snacks during the trial, question the 2nd: what would be the ideal snack for a jury member to eat I would assume things like carrots would be distracting.

At 4:24, he texts Barbara Armstrong. He calls Tara MacLellan at 4:28

A 2 hour data call starts at 5:03. He exchanges BBMs with Spitzig. One sent, one received.

Rafferty, seconds after the BBM from Spitzig, withdraws 80 dollars from the ATM at the Petro Canada.

Spitzig sent 4 BBMs to Rafferty between 6:35 and 7:11. Not received until 7:46.
