Or......looking at it the other way, how does TLM buying the hammer, confessing to using the hammer, and pathology proof the claw end of the hammer was used at least 3 times before the death blows were delivered by the heavy end of the hammer...............show that MR did it?

It doesn't show that EITHER one of them did it. But we know for fact that they were BOTH there when Tori was bludgeoned with the hammer. For all we know, TLM delivered the first three claw blows and MR said "Give me the hammer" and he dealt the final blows. They BOTH killed her.

I have to say, I was a pretty angry teenager that did some unthinkable things and if I was on trial for murder you bet I would have people that remembered my anger then and would judge me on who I was. I would have no other choice but to take the stand and plead my innocence. Just sayin lol

It doesn't prove either of them did it which is why it's a such red herring question that focuses attention away from MTR and his trial. <modsnip>? We will probably never know, for sure, who swung it. Maybe they both took turns. I think they were both sick enough to do so--JMO. That child suffered and any human who remained silent after allegedly ONLY witnessing such violence on a child--even post facto, deserves to be put away. JMO

I have read almost all your post because you try to find the holes in TLM story and you made some really good points <modsnip>. I think the way the hammer was swung doesn't mean male or female but on how you wanted to harm someone. Hitting the claw to rip out parts of a body or hit with the rounded end to knock someone out. JMO

Gosh I hope that wasn't the plan, but of the two of them I would pick TLM as the one more likely to thirst for blood and violence.

When put together with her confession, buying the hammer, I would think it adds one more element to believing she did kill TS, rather than MR.

He says her story is unreliable. She wasn't a horrified spectator. She could have stopped the events, if she is telling the truth.

McClintic got a tea at Tim Horton's in Guelph. She could have stopped the events there. He notes Tim Horton's is busy at 4 pm.

There is no question that TLM is a violent person capable of murder. Rafferty knew this and that is why he included her in his plan to rape a child. MOO

Did he not watch the videos from the movie theatre and detention centre? She was head over heels for him
