Her daughter would go into the school, retrieve her kids, and they would get into the witnesses car.

She arrived at Oliver Stephens at 3:18 on April 8th, 2009.

Can anyone tell me why the DEF would not choose to have an opening statement?

All I can think is that this woman who was around the school on a daily basis never saw MR lurking around? Possibly she did see TLM?
