He put his phone in his back pocket when he was cuffed. Officer took phone away.

Used two sets of handcuffs on him because of his larger size.

He didn't try and walk back towards Cooper who was on the ground. Said he needed to call people, his wife, officer was confused since she thought he had already spoken to his wife on his phone.

He used police style phonetics to spell out his name, other info. He let police know that he used to be in law enforcement.

Oh good grief. There's nothing incriminating or suggestive about Harris using "alpha phonetics" when he gave his name etc to LE. My DH is ex-military and does the same thing, reflexively, even when giving me info, even though it drives me nuts because I find it less easy to understand.

I'm curious about who he was on the phone with when the police showed up. Easy enough to check?

Kilgore confirms Leann WILL testify for the DEFENSE.

Jacqueline found #rossharris behavior was making her uncomfortable

Jacqueline listened to the 911 call and it wasn't from #Rossharris
