Images released of man missing from Queen, Ossington area
"Toronto police are asking for the public’s help in finding a man who was found not criminally responsible for a number of assaults.

Troy Warner, 44, was last seen around 7 p.m. Sunday in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.

Police said in 2012 Warner was found not criminally responsible for three charges of assault with a weapon and one charge of assaulting a peace officer. The following year he was found not criminally responsible for three charges of assault.

He was placed into the custody of a provincial psychiatric hospital.

Warner is described as five-foot-eight, 150 pounds, with long dark brown hair, receding on top, and a beard. He was last seen wearing a long black coat, grey track pants, grey sneakers, and he was carrying a shoulder bag.

Police said Warner is considered an elopee, which means he is absent without leave.

Police are advising the public not to approach Warner, but to call 9-1-1 immediately.
