See folks....JB doesn't have that aha moment planned....he's hoping the Juror 13 poll can help him out.

Actually, it seems like quite a few of their recent poll questions could have been submitted directly from the defense doesn't it??

couldn't JB have worked on that INSTEAD of doing a Q&A about KC's wardrobe and his suits at the Hispanic Journalist breakfast the other day??

Hmmmmm respond to appeal or chat up the media at breakfast gabfest???? Which to choose...which to choose?

LOL that's the exact same thing I thought when I saw it. It's a fishing expedition and I hope that people refuse to reply to it. Myself, I don't have that large of an imagination.:floorlaugh:

More time to respond to media issue....is this the same media issue of wanting to know the location of jury selection? If it is, after 8am on Monday won't this issue be kind of moot?

The defense wants to proceed on Monday.

So, perhaps the Appellate Court is simply going to deny the appeal.

IDK. But for me, whenever I hear the DT has been denied ANYTHING I am a happy camper. Love hearing the WORD DENIED when it comes to DT motions. :woohoo:
