If CM is so "untechnologically" savvy, how does he know what the bloggers are saying?

What exactly does he mean "if it goes that far"? There is only one reason in my mind that "it wouldn't go that far" and that would be if there is a plea deal.

I wonder who else CM thinks is lying, other than their own defense team. Think of all those TES volunteers, LB, Kronk's ex-wives, Kronk's son, JW, etc. who defense said had information that in the end was all smoke and mirrors. Even the majority of their experts are not willing to lie for them, including Dr. Lee.

I think once SA presents their case the jury will know that any story KC would come up with is pretty much unreliable because of her history of lying.

Anyone think that CA may have been encouraged to tell the whopper about the dryer sheets so that defense could point out how unreliable the A's testimony is. That somehow KC has become a victum of her family. jmo

...and I'm not getting the part about the hypocrites...is he gonna attack everyone that comes to the stand? I sure as heck hope taxpayer money didn't go to the PIs for digging up dirt to embarrass any of the witnesses.

He's being coy. If the DT feels that they have successfully defused the SA's case during their cross-examinations of the prosecution witnesses, then the DT would not call any witnesses.

I believe we saw a version of this tactic in the Scott Peterson trial, and we all know how well that ended up for SP.

Where KC left her daughter, who she left her daughter with, the phone call on the 15th of July from her daughter, how the only people she discussed her missing daughter was with Jeff and Juliet? That she searched all over for her daughter. And since when is Blockbuster considered a "safe" haven to think about what happened to her daughter and then renting a kidnapping video to help her think even more. That she worked at Universal, that she had a work phone with all the invisperson's cell phone numbers on it.

Well if this does not prove to defense that you can seat a jury that knows little to nothing I don't know what will. You have an InSession's reporter who obviously is clueless about any of the discovery in this case. jmo

Ya know...I (personally) don't see CM as having been a big part of this case. If he was looking to become famous...this isn't doing it for me. I won't be remembering him when all is said and done. When I do find cause to think about him, I think about Nelson Serrano...and all of his claims. IMO, he's full of hot air.

If they think the "tragic accident" is some kind of clever, feasible defense, that is laughable. You don't make an accident look like a murder. Then there are the searches on the computer, chloroform, etc. That's the problem they will have. Only the truth will explain everything, and they can't tell the truth. You can explain some things, but that explanation is thwarted by dozens of other facts in the case.

Thanks Horace for pointing out the computer searches on neck breaking and chloroform. When I hear a talking head discuss this being a circumstancial case and there's not a way to tie ICA to Caylee's death, those searches tell a lot.

However, with CA being such a loose cannon with her attempts to protect her daughter, do you suppose she will fess up that she was the one on line conducting those particular searches. Or even George claiming he did it?

I know, I know - there is supposed to be proof they were both at work during those search times, but I would not put it past one of them to lay claim to the search and have a bonefide reason for wanting to research those topics.
That's how desperate they can be when it comes to saving their daughter.

I haven't watched any of this coverage but if that's Jean Casarez why didn't she bring up his previous statements about ICA? He was convinced of her guilt before she hired him.... JC is pro-defense on IS and then the opposite on NG.

He and his wife have given up trips for this case (they love to travel) . . . CM's personality very serious, committed, real big issue w/media generally speaking . . . wanting someone to ask questions that are significant . . . "so did she do it?" is not the question he will answer.
