I think they will actively go with the Accidental Death defense. We have had a few clues to that as recent heads up. LKB saying Casey was obviously lying about the nanny was one big heads up. Then today on In Session, C Mason says outright it was a 'tragic accident.' That clearly implies, imo, that the DT is going to go with the Accidental Death scenario. They will try and make Casey the victim of over zealous prosecutors, unfair police investigations, and abusive parents. imoo

Then all they have to do is find 12 people who will believe them.
Remember,this is JB and CM we're talking about, and a defendant who dare not testify.... hmmm

OMG..this is kinda hard for me to even type...but..

I think I might actually have liked Mr. Mason if he was never associated with this case. I bet he is a good husband, a good father and a great grandfather.

Inside the courtroom, I do not like him period. But as a person, if this is the way he is with family, I can honestly say, he seems like a pretty cool guy.

Okay,Baez did an interview on Friday..Mason today..I guess it is safe to assume we will be seeing an interview from George and Cindy in the next couple of days. Anybody want to start a pole as to what day.
It cracks me up whenever Mr.Baez talks about how his client can not get a fair trial because of all the media attention.. DAH !!

I can not believe these two so called lawyers are interviewing right before jury selection. Where do they find the time to prepare for trial.:loser::loser:

I don't wish to offend anyone, but he kinda reminds me of my father in his opinions of bloggers. My dad, one who is severely technologically challenged swears that the internet will be the death of us all yet. I certainly don't agree with him and wish that he was healthy enough to just take a dive into how great computers, the internet and new technology really are. I think of Mason the same, maybe he's just old school like my dad..the kind that has a problem with attaching a motor to a computer to find out what is wrong, when in his day, it was hard work to find the problem. My dad refers to these uneducated mechanics idiots..

Perhaps what they were saying at the end is exactly spot on with why they are doing these interviews. They are trying to find a way for the public to like them since it seems that nothing else they can do can sway the public opinion of Casey...

Now, Baez on the other hand, his interview made me wanna just puke :loser:

I almost agree with what his wife was saying though..personally I think he should have never became involved in this case, especially with only feeling sorry for the other lawyer whom he should have suggested step down a longgg time ago. Outside of the Casey Anthony Circus, he's probably a good guy.

I can't help but think of Hornsby, and wonder if he is one that Mason talks of wanting to be on the team. I like Mr. Hornsby, but if he were defending Casey Anthony no doubt I would be disgusted by him.

From what I remember seeing the jail logs..he has not spent much time with her and IIRC the last time he visited her in jail was August 2010...

I will go look again to see if he has gone to visit her in 2011

Nope. I don't see any visits from Mason between Feb thru mid April 2011

So basically the bulk of CM's contact with KC has been at motion hearings...right? And some motion hearings it has seemed as if CM was asleep with no contact with KC, and some hearings CM wasn't even present. So how does he form such "wonderful and glorious" opinions of his "grandaughter-like" client, Ms. KC Anthony? He is so full of chit! :maddening::maddening::maddening:

I bet a lot more people watched it all the way through than JB's. I've been of the opinion for quite some time Mr. CM had some gentle prodding to help out with this case by none other than HHJP and maybe even HHJS. Oversee and train JB since Casey wouldn't give him up. The switch in judge's came from CM we always suspected anyway. IMO CM wanted and was assured HHJP would take it over. Defense attorneys often know their clients are guilty but need to make sure they get a fair trial. That was a major bone of contention for the SA's in this case. JA has wanted JB disbarred from practicing law from the beginning imo. ICA has the right to use him though. Every last one has done their part. AL tried was unsuccessful at eliminating the DP. LKB forensics specialist, major help imo. Made their exits when appropriate. CM brought in AF. Had to for the DP phase and she's local. The best chance I've seen for ICA all along is to claim an accident and I think it's CM leading it. JB is now content because as long as he takes it to trial he can get his DP qualification so he'll agree to it as well and advise ICA it is the best choice imo.
