I don't think CWW has ratted on his buddy yet. Sounded like a lot of pieces still out there to pull together to build the case. The Sheriff was VERY tight lipped.

Beach, i know you can't tell us WHO they are but could you tell us very indirectly, of course protecting their identities, of some general things you're hearing from the people that wished they could come forward but are frightened?

It just occurred to me that it is odd that CWW has possibly still not ratted out MS. Then it occurred to me that MS may know details regarding CWW's role in Ron Bolin's disappearance. CWW is a sociopath and would stop at nothing to get a good deal, including ratting on MS, imo. Unless CWW hopes that if he doesn't rat on MS, maybe MS won't rat on CWW. I hope they all rat on each other for more prompt justice to be served. This is moo. At least at this point, as of tonight's radio show, SMS stated MS is a poi. One step further in what I believe is the right direction.

To me it seemed more clear MS was a suspect from the last call in with the sheriff. This time the sheriff painted him more broadly (emphasis victim) was my impression. As if either something has changed his mind, or perhaps some other reason to tread more lightly (legal threats, perhaps?)

I also feel it is very unlikely we will see any document anytime soon. There is still too much to protect, and if it hasn't rattled loose by now, what would cause any definitive truth to come to light quickly? Settle in....

I've heard SMS several times now mentioning a "witness". Last time he suggested "Maybe there is a witness" .." Maybe there is evidence" and so on.
So, either someone of the mayor players is "talking", or there is indeed a third party direct or indirect witness (which could still be one of the main players), or there is evidence from the crime scene (prints, DNA - that would have been fast- calls, messages, computers, security camera, surveillance inside the house?)

Then again, if they had have print or DNA evidence from the crime scene, the first CWW arrest would have been solid in my view.

Maybe its just me but SMS left me with more questions than answers. I will have to listen again. But he seemed to stress a couple of times that MS could also be under that envelope as a victim. He said he was a victim. Now, if he hired these guys to murder his wife I dont see that as him being a victim. He also left the impression that he has talked to MS since the arrests. First time since this case began that Im confused. jmo

I could definitely see a situation where JR is/was a witness who provides testimonial evidence.
