After seeing the court hearing It's no big deal to me. It sounds like it is pretty much worthless. HHJBP even said it was poor quality.

If it is of such poor quality, why are the DT and their new cohort trying to block its release?

If it is of such poor quality, why does HHJP even need to think about his decision to release it?

There is no sound. How could it be a HIPPA issue? It would be unclear what any of the staff were doing and what they were giving her, if anything. Just bringing her down to sit in the waiting room does not mean they were being cruel, it just means they wanted her there in case she had a very bad reaction and might hurt herself. Apparently she remained pretty calm and only requested a sedative, which we already know. The transcripts that were released from the jailers pretty much related everything that happened so I don't understand why it wouldn't be released. KC already knew the child was dead so it couldn't have been a big deal for her. jmo

this is what always has sucked about JB. he doesnt state the obvious ie miss OCA has had threats, it's all calming down now, there is no reason to release except to get people going again, let sleeping dogs lie, but ohh NO he has to be all "oh poor miss anthony was torturedddd"

I find it strange that there were 4 people at the defense table and not one of them could provide the name of the nurse. Isn't HIPPAA their argument? I think they deliberately 'forgot' the name because somehow stating her name might make HHJP look further into when the medical intervention started in the tape and any statements that were made. Oh heck, hope you know what I mean. It's just funky and suspicious and the less detail the defense provides the fuzzier the logic becomes.

They know HHJP prides himself in his photographic memory and they just don't want him to question the details further and somehow that ties into forgetting the nurse's name. Now how's that for fuzzy logic? I think I just repeated myself in three different ways. :crazy: I've been watching too much Baez speak. :sick:

My vote is for the video of FCA and JB. We all know what the other video will be like. A guilty person realizing she was just busted, then proceeds to have a major panic attack because she then realizes she's toast. Which didn't even happen because our baby killer was set free by the village idiots. I just want everyone to see JB's innapropriate behavior with his wannabe girlfriend. I literally thought FCA was going to jump him right there in court during her sentencing phase when she had her hair down. She was flirting, staring into his eyes, etc etc. Now that was disgusting!!

I watched the live video today of the hearings regarding the release of the jail house videos. As much as I loved Judge Perry during the trial...and quite frankly, think he was shocked at the verdict as well. His voice changed and his demeanor. Almost like he couldn't believe the not guilty verdicts.

Then today comes and HHJP has a big decision to make about whether or not to let the public see KC's reaction to her daughter body being found. So, my point is I'm confused about what decision he will make. He has to know that the majority of the public believe in KC's guilt in the death of little Caylee.

I hope he does the right thing for Caylee, not Casey. I pray he does the right thing and release the tape. There should be no "protecting" of this child murderer. Maybe in the long run it will prevent another child being killed by a young crazy mother. It could be a lesson learned for anyone who would plan out a murder of their young child, so that they could be free of what they think is a burden on them. Judge Perry, please do the right thing, and send a message to the young women & men out there that killing your own flesh & blood is evil. KC's not off the street. She's free to roam. It's a shame. This could be the last chance HHJP has to set an example for another potential murderer of children.

Hope he does the right thing. Releasing the tapes is no big deal. But maybe it will prevent someone committing a crime on their child.

They can't have been her if it was anytime close to the Ohio shots unless they are massively photoshopped. Missie is quite a big bigger than she is in the red bikini shot, even at a very good angle - all tummy and no waist...
