this is an old Enquirer. We had this discussion a few weeks back. around Sept. 8 we were discussing this and knew about the cutting-out of Caylee in this pic. Here is a link to Orlando Sentinel Hal Boedeker, let me see if link works:

http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/en...y-anthony-wheres-casey-mexico-or-florida.html

It's dated Sept 18 IIRC. I just got mine delivered yesteday. So it's not OLD as in weeks or months old.

It still shows that the picture was printed and misrepresented by someone.

the enquirer probably printed and misrepresented it purposefully IMO.

Y'know, I agree 110% with that, but for some reason it would be must see TV for me. I'm really ashamed of that.

I do know why I want that tape released to the public: It's because Baez and FIA DON'T want it released. I know that's petty, but they've already enjoyed all the perks and protections of the FL court system--so many perks and protections that Baez was able to get away with "contemptable" antics during the trial...And FIA was able to get away with murder! Enough is enough.

If the tape is released, it will be nothing more than a tiny little victory over Baez and FIA, but I'll take that. We're entitled to a few little victories. IMHO. :)

I'll be really mad if Judge Perry denies the release of the jailhouse video. Enough special treatment and secrecy.

Please Judge Perry, won't you throw us dogs a bone?

You aren't the only one ,Friday. Excellent reason ,IMO. Should have been shown at trial. Obviously the jury needed something else .Maybe this would have done it.
They took George's demeanor into account ,but not Casey's. :banghead:
I expect a new round of interviews soon ,as the names of jurors will be released .
"if only we knew this,or they had done that ,we would have......."

I like Judge Perry ,but I've been watching the judge in the Michael Jackson trial ( :shush::iamashamed: )and I really like him.
He's precise ,cordial tone of voice to all but overly friendly, quick and decisive . Explains everything to jurors and witnesses in a matter of fact way. No cronies in this courtroom.
I can't help but wonder if the outcome would have been different with a judge like him.

I think HHJP did not like JA before he took over the case from JS. I think CM is an old friend.
That's why CM keeps showing up at this hearings IMO.I hope that doesn't sway HHJP about the tapes. The trials over and it's time to enforce the Florida :sunshine: Law :gavel: Shine the light :scale:

It seems like there have been a few little victories. KC was convicted of fraud, sentenced, and served probation. Then due to a scriveners error, is serving probation again. KC was convicted of 4 counts of lying to the police, sentenced and served the max for each of the four counts. HHBP placed a judgement against KC for $217,000 in addition to the max penalty for those four counts. The jailhouse tapes were allowed in court. The JJ audio tape was sealed and not allowed in court. The Frye hearings allowed the unprecedented use in a court of law, of both the hair with apparent decomp, and Dr. Vass's sniffer machine. The photoshopped superimpostion was allowed in court. JA said that they knew GA was going to be accused of sexual abuse because of certain evidence, but this evidence never made it to the courtroom. Somewhere between 25 to 50 (or more) motions made by the defense were DENIED. KC left the state, but was ordered to return by the court to serve probation. She is considered to be the most hated woman in America. KC has civil suits filed against her.

This video in question will likely be yet another little victory. It will be released and scrutinized. It will be obvious to nearly everyone who views this video that it is proof she is guilty. It will make nearly everyone both angry and sad that this video was not allowed in court as it will surely be thought of as the one piece of evidence that would have changed all 12 jurors minds to a guilty verdict.

As always, my entire post is my opinion only.

I hope he releases it but I can see him not due to the "death threats", etc, especially if he thinks this will fan the flames.

JB: Calling it a "medical transaction" ...

omg ...

Thanks for all who watched the hearing and posted...I was working evening shift.

:waitasec: Medical transaction???? :waitasec:

Was money exchanged? Goods or services exchanged? EXCHANGED being the key word.

A Transaction often involves the exchange of items of value, ie: goods, services, and money.

Well, the 31 days, trunk evidence, duct tape etc didn't convince the jury so I don't think a little video of KC throwing a fit would have done it.

Of course this video will only confirm the fact that KC is guilty because she really IS guilty.

Of course this video will make us angry and sad. And rightfully so. It's all about Caylee for us. The little angel whose precious life was taken away so cruelly by the one person who should have loved and protected her.

"Let me ask you this Mr. Baez, what is the official description of that room?"by judgeperrysays via twitter 2:07 PM"

Judge P. rocks!!!!

..."Official Description" of the room :floorlaugh:

Well, um, well, um it's a waiting room but it transformed into a medical facility while my client was there... (my words)

Casey Anthony News13
Defense attorney Jose Baez says officials "tortured" #CaseyAnthony by taking her to medical facility and turning on tv. -jfell

Even before she was let out of her cell, she already knew what was going on because she was listening to it on the radio.
All local stations were broadcasting the finding of skeletal remains that day.

I've been watching the MJ trial judge also. I doubt he'd put up with Baez's whining, missed deadlines, excuses, sidebars, texting... I'd love to see how the MJ judge would handle Baez. I find this trial a joy to watch because of the professionalism all around. Even the witnesses are so impressive, then I think about the Anthony case witnesses... CA lying, LA bawling, River Cruz, Dominic Casey, James Hoover... Ugh.

Poor quality, no sound and it's STILL "inflammatory"??? It must be a doozy...

Agreed
And according to Judge Strickland's ruling...it was HIGHLY inflammatory.

After I posted my message, I read more of the thread and realized I was saying what others had already said, plus they'd said it with humor, too! LOL

It's so nice to be talking to you, btw. :woohoo:

I think so too. Poor Jeff Ashton. I miss him. I miss Judge Strickland also. Hearing him say that he was shocked by the verdict was like a balm to my broken heart.

HaHa....so along those lines if JB decided to defend a "prostitute" I could hear him argue "Judge....since there was an exchange of service and an "injection" it was in fact.....a medical transaction. Plus they were recording it so it is a HIPPA violation and a civil rights violation too, and violation of freedom of expression, and right to choose and speed limits. "

Mr. Baez - the Drama Queen....:banghead:

I'm not so sure it's about the actual video of OCA, but the one with him and OCA where Baez is shedding tears while he speaks to her that Baez is concerned about, because Baez brought up the second one several times...

I hope he releases it but I can see him not due to the "death threats", etc, especially if he thinks this will fan the flames.

But then, again, people who are inclined to think that way could be just as angry because the tapes won't be released. Because of the OS we all know KC has admitted she knew Caylee died on the 16th. Again, KC refuses to take responsibility for the way the remains were found claiming to have not known where the body was placed because she did not put Caylee there (this was during OS but not according to what CA stated in the Dr. Phil interview). All the tape proves is she did know exactly where the body had been placed because she put Caylee there.

To release the tape will benefit GA and RK because there are those people who still think these two were responsible for disposing of the body. I would think RK's attorney would be the one who would be interested in this video, too. Maybe Dr. Spitz would like to see it, too, so he will realize the damage he has done. jmo
