I can see in this video that this specific incident happened very quickly. But the bigger issue is that apparently fights in this school happen every day. That is a problem with the school. What kind of environment has been created and allowed in this school that allows that to continue?

I understand what you are saying but there must be multiple causes, IMO.

There very well may be multiple causes. But do the kids that want to learn in that school care why they have to go to a school that is so violent? The school admin must be in control of the school. Zero tolerance of violence. Students involved in creating the violence should be expelled.
