" When WFPD officer's arrived the victim was deceased" after a passerby called 911 reporting a person lying on the side of the roadway.
On the fb page of this same news article there are many people speaking about how friendly this young man was and his love of playing baseball in Holliday, TX.
A small town outside of Wichita Falls ten miles away.
