The Bexar County Sheriff's Office needs your help location Missing Person Abbigail Richter, 17. Abbigail was last seen on the evening of June 24, 2023 around 6:45 pm in the 5000 block of Grand Lake.
She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, red shorts, black Nike sandals, carrying a black string bag. She has a heart shaped tattoo under her left eye, a "2005" tattoo on her left wrist, and a half moon sunrise tattoo on her left hand. Additionally, Abbigail has medical conditions that require medication.
