The Terrell Police Department is seeking the public's assistance locating a missing woman.
51-year-old Aida Perez was taken to the Terrell State Hospital by family on July 16, 2019, for a mental health evaluation.
"After being evaluated and released by the Doctor, she then left the facility on foot," stated the Terrell Police Department. "The family has not seen her since."
Perez is described as approximately 5'02" and 245 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black shirt with turquoise markings and black pants.
Perez a history of bipolar, schizophrenia, and is diabetic. She may be suicidal.
"Please do not attempt to contact her," stated the department.
