I don't recall ever watching any CCTV that showed Allan hanging out around the gas station. If there is video evidence of Allan doing anything other what I've seen please someone remind me or post a link.
My recall is the CCTV showed Allan pull up to the gas pump closest to the road. With there being another pump directly in front of where he was trying to get gas. No one was at the empty pump nor do I recall another vehicle shown in the surveillance footage waiting to get to the pump not being used.
There are jumps in the CCTV and from what I remember, we saw Allan remove the gas handle and insert it into the loaner car. It seems like I saw Allan advance towards the entrance door of the gas station before the scribbles or snow begin on the footage. EDITED BY ME TO ADD that I think the first handle he attempted to use was either out of receipt paper or put of gas for that tank. So he was asked to move forward and use his card to pay at the pump like he tried to do already.
The video blips blips and when it comes back clear very few people noticed that Alan's car and Allan are now positioned at the pump directly in front of where he was originally. Pumping gas.
Something tells me that it showed Allan go back into the stations entrance door but stood there with the door propped open by his hip or right foot and he says something to the cashier and let's go of the store door and got back in the Porsche and another store, Walgreens? Maybe? Caught the image of the Porsche come into their camera view which lines up with the theory Allan drove out of the gas station alone and the time matches on both CCTV's .
IMO there's nothing showing Allan piddling around the gas station waiting for anyone.
