Are we going down the road thinking theres some S & M involved with this family and social network? Just wondering....

Wouldn't that be against TOS?

No one noticed someone digging in another person's car?

(snipped)

No one seemingly noticed a body in a tarp being dumped.

In regards to restraints could they mean the kind they use in hospitals and institutions say for the elderly? Not four point restraints that's for sure.

Maybe they do mean restraints used in BDSM. Where's Astro Kitty when we need her?

Maybe they mean handcuffs?

There are quite a few disconcerting items on that list. They may be average items but when in the context of a child murder it gives me the chills. Restraints, tape, garbage bags, tarp, a pillow, a belt, a condom... Ugh. What happened to this poor girl.

FC2 female condom from the Honda Odyssey.

Have they searched or taken evidence from any home or car not belonging to AG's family?

LE visited <modsnip> two doors down...

They had an evidence bag with them when they left...

No one noticed someone digging in another person's car? And how would anyone see that many items in a car to know what to get?

The windows on my car are not that dark, but you still have a hard time to see into the car.

And if they were taken at night, it would be even more difficult to see into the car to know where to get your items. And then there is the pesky issue of the light going on.

I have to admit, I store things in my car, but the only permanent things that are visible are shopping bags.

Oterwise, things are in the trunk and glove box. New cars probably have way more hidden options

Human...honey...this is why I originally said about my post, "far-fetched, I know, but..." :)

I just watched the local NBC TV News. All they had to report about the case is that they've set up roadblocks around the intersection where the body was found and are questioning everyone who drives through to ask if they saw anything last Monday unusual. This leads me to think they have no suspects or POI yet.

So... This report states that there is a road block... WHERE SHE WAS FOUND...

So... There is another road block... In addition to the street where she lived?

In my opinion, the canvassing has been timed to channel attention on their search for an unknown perp and away from the search warrant info. Police knew that media had obtained the list of items seized from the home. Police don't want people pointing fingers at the family. If there are choppers in the air, they may be looking for drivers who go out of their way to avoid the checkpoints. Especially vehicles that fit a certain description.

I know what you mean... The frame of reference is what makes it seem alarming...

condom?

I'm not sure if anyone pointed this out already, but it does appear the water sample was from an actual 'hot tub' and not hot water from, say a bath tub, as some of the items they took included (item #71) stuff you'd use to maintain a hot tub.

It makes me think they found chlorinated water in her lungs.

I can't say I find a female condom intrinsically creepy, no. A lot of women can't tolerate hormonal birth control. That said, it's not something I'd personally keep in my car.

I think toilet paper was used as a gag. I think she was restrained and then had TP shoved in her mouth.

There was also on the warrant something about a white scrap of paper for fibers or something like that-it's at the top of one of the page lists. It's possible they are taking the toilet paper merely to find a match to white fibers found with the body. But you may sadly be right given they are taking every last bit of tp (I think the person who said they may be trying to match lot numbers could be right)...

The police have been knocking on neighbor's doors, but according to one report many neighbors were not home or didn't answer their door. This is an easy way to talk to the neighbors who are trying to get home from work. The police only need to ask them what they saw on the day Alanna was murdered. There is no giant conspiracy on why the police are stopping the cars headed home from work. This has been done in other missing person cases.

Is anyone else really, really disturbed by the "female condom" -?? I don't know anyone who actually uses those things. But I could see a perp using one to keep his DNA off of a young girl. And now I am going to throw up.

:puke: I am with you... :puke:
