The two theories are:

1) LE intentionally released the warrants (which were supposed to be sealed?) to shake someone up

2) MSM obtained them via Freedom of Information Act

The article just says the warrants were 'obtained' by media.

How quickly does it take to get info. From FOIA?

TIA...:seeya:

I'm actually petite so I can't personally attest, but I'd say you're 100% correct and you're funny, too :D

Sorry, I was referring to Carbuff's post... laughing and forgot to include quote.

Please don't start bickering.

Please leave the family's sex life alone.

Please do not discuss the minor unless it is linked to LE info saying it was the minor, specifically, LE was looking at.

Thanks,

Salem

I am trying to keep up with everything today but find myself resorting to google to figure out what you are talking about.....and then I remember feeling guilty for googling 'chloroform' during the CA trial.
....and now I have to wonder if NSA is watching me google....

You better go to one of those anonymous search engines, pf. LOL

I think it would be contraception too. They just came back from camping, so maybe it was in the car from that trip.

The "restraint" items could be innocent like zip ties too (since KG is a computer guy, maybe he uses them for wiring and stuff).

I didn't find anything that unusual (except from large amounts of TP and WM bags) from the search warrant - to my untrained eye. Nothing to say wow, these people are freaky dominatrix folks.

There are quite a few disconcerting items on that list. They may be average items but when in the context of a child murder it gives me the chills. Restraints, tape, garbage bags, tarp, a pillow, a belt, a condom... Ugh. What happened to this poor girl.

yes, gave me the chills reading the list. They took bedding.... the description sounds like little girl bedding. Why would they take her pillows & bedding?

Salem, aren't you due for a vacay? Isn't there a different mod around that you can stick with this case... It is a real tough one to moderate!!! Anyhow, I'm just kidding, I know you love us peeps, I just feel for you. Thanks for all you do!!!

To see if there was someone elses DNA there that shouldn't be.

Longtimers--is it typical in a case like this for LE to do such a detailed search of the victim's family home straight away?

It is an important part of the investigation...

some LE seem to be more thorough than others, though...

It's confusing to me that LE has such a big search warrant for Alanna's house, but is also checking vehicles.

I had a thought too horrible to post.............. :(

I think a lot of us are getting to the point where our thoughts are too horrible to post...

The minds eye can be treacherous... :what:

Just for the record and indicative of absolutely nothing, I note on the Saginaw News FB page that Alanna's services are scheduled to be held at the Calvary Lutheran Church in Richland Hills, which, of the major Lutheran synods, belongs to the more liberal of the two. (ELCA; LCMS is its conservative counterpart.)

.

Neither of the males were camping.

The video on the link also specifies LE were asking about "two suspicious black vehicles in the neighborhood"........and at end the reporter says "two dark SUV's". It seems they are taking this lead seriously, since that's what they're asking people about today - and clearly means more than one person was involved.
I saw that too, except that contradicts 2 dark vans. So much for reporting~~~~ :drumroll:

But wasn't there a mention of a Honda? That's what threw me...

I am so sorry...

But I am missing something here...

first there is an explanation of a feminine condom...

then there is a question of a Honda...

No offense to you lovely Sleuthers....

But this just hit my funny bone!

:silly:

Item 31 & 50 - a black restraints???? What the heck is that?
Item 39 - plastic gloves?
Item 63 - arm & leg restraints? What are those? Not zipties, because if they were zip ties, they would be called zipties, wouldn't they? Why are they called restraints?

Wow - they took enough toilet paper and toilet paper rolls to have kept the whole summer camp in business for a full year. What is up with the toilet paper?

Salem

I'm glad you're weighing in on this. :seeya:

Personally, I'm freaked out and creeped out from what I've read elsewhere.

Now let me go look for the proper smiley........

:okay:
