A lot of things removed don't appear to be on a search warrant.

That true. I am just thinking TP seems an obscure item (as compared to toothbrushes, bedding, etc.) and there was so much seized... I've counted 11 mentions of tp &/or tp tubes. That's why it seems odd to me that it wasn't included on the list.

Hadn't considered that she possibly used the bathroom and had residual tp on her. Good possibility.

This is especially plausible if it was Charmin. :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

I'm trying to catch up but I had a quick question please? Back when her body was reportedly found they described it as already in such a state of decomp that they couldn't tell if it was a female or male...ect. Did they ever address that first report? Explain further or correct themselves?

Who went on the camping trip and when did they get back? (pondering Sylar Newton scenario possibility, not saying that is what happened just pondering in the back of my mind).

Nothing else has been said about the condition of the body. Obviously, if there were sightings of her that afternoon, those early decomp reports were inaccurate. But, then again, LE has not confirmed when she was last seen or by whom.

The camping trip has not been reported by MSM, but was discussed on Facebook, so I think it's off limits to discuss.

Ok all of the toilet paper is one thing but how about how many sorts, colors, etc of trash bags? My only guess by the way the doc has them listed is they went into one bathroom and got everything ( tp and trash bags from under sink ) then into the next bathroom, do the same. I guess each bathroom could have different trash bags in it, some for a small trash can or kitchen size, etc. It doesn't say the sizes, but overall there are a LOT of trash bags and rolls of trash bags collected as well.

I am thinking the men probably didn't go because they were working. Doesn't it seem like it was a church camp type thing? Mom and kids?

Wow I guess after reading the PDF search warrant the Bessie linked, I find the urine that is against the laws of Texas to be the strangest item that stands out.

Also the belt size 38 to 44 sounds like it would be to do comparison to see if another belt lines up with being notched or the same belt pattern that was found on her at crime scene.

BBM I did not see either of these references. Do you remember which page of the warrant you saw them on? Was this the warrant from July 2? TIA

ETA nevermind, I see now that it is not on the list of items collected, but on the actual search warrant. Sorry bout that.

well all I can say that I find it alarming the amount of stuff and the type of stuff they took from allana's home. I don't remember a case where a kid was missing and they took every piece of electronic and various bedding, and trash bags, toilet paper, water, and so on.......IMO, there is clearly much more that LE knows and believes than we are being told.

I mean, when Jessica was missing/found....did they do this to her home? remove this much stuff? do you know of other cases where they did this?

There was rope found in one trash bag.

Agree. The affidavit is sealed for a good reason IMO

I think if investigators are trying to match up/rule out bag and toilet paper types, they don't want to run the risk of missing the one bag/roll of tp that is/isn't a match. Does that make sense the way I typed it? Grab everything, check it later

Incident With Pickup Truck Eyed in Saginaw Slaying

Police investigating the slaying of a Saginaw girl are looking into an incident in which a man approached two young Fort Worth sisters a month ago but sped away when the girls' father confronted him.

The sisters, Alex Acuna, 9, and Andrea Acuna, 11, said they were in their front yard when the driver of a red pickup truck tried to get their attention.

My 2 cents on the hot tub. In my area of the US, we call the spa jacuzzi things hot tubs. They are large. Most fit 4 to 5 people. It could be a dialect thing, in that it is not a jacuzzi bath tub but a larger spa type.

They have the plate number on this one. Wonder how long LE has had it. If nothing else, sounds like this dude is one they should be keeping tabs on!
