Or a blue cloth lunch bag in it's entirety? An ice chest that was torn apart? (old ones do have exposed insulation/foam, I've seen happen out here in AZ. Maybe it should have been disposed of long ago?)

The thing is, LE would only take things for a reason. The house was filled with books. They took no books. There is a piano. They did not haul that out.

So what would these items be about?

I'm thinking of the trays that some ice chests have that sit on top of the ice to hold food . They say they took the ' rest of item' so I doubt if it was in pieces. Maybe the mid section was sitting beside it or in the sink. They'd just been at camp, so it could have been taken apart to clean up and unpack.

all I can think of ATM... Some coolers have dividers or shelves...so this may explain middle section...

but then SW says rest of item... Rest of blue cloth?... Or rest of cooler?

It does not appear as if the offender I am searching for is incarcerated.

How do I determine if he has posted bail? I haven't done that before.

I read it as a slip of the pen. it says, blue piece of cloth, middle section cooler and rest of the item.

I think it should say, Blue piece of cloth, middle section [of the cloth is] cooler THAN rest of the item [rest f the cloth]

As if it's been used to wipe something recently and the middle section used to be wet recently and still feels a little cooler to the hand. They'd want to test that
