Let's try to get back on track here. Please remember the rules...

DO NOT post personal information about the parents beyond what has been reported in MSM

DO NOT sleuth any individual who has not been indicated as a person of interest per MSM.

DO NOT suggest that any individual is the perpetrator unless indicated as a person of interest per MSM.

But btk wasn't a pedophile.

Alanna's killer isn't necessarily a pedophile either. Serial murder is often about power and control and the killer will choose a victim he knows he can overpower, control, and humiliate. So he might choose small women who are easy to overpower, or a child who can't fight back. "He" might be a young person or a woman.

It's true that certain indications in the LE reaction and reported clues hint at a sexual component, but we don't know that yet.

In video reporter states that ME said Alanna was not shot, stabbed or strangled. He also says that the ME doesn't know how she died ----which JMHO I don't think that's accurate I think that the ME just isn't telling at this moment until all tests results are back and they can release a COD and MOD with certainty.

But, I did think that was interesting that the reporter stated the ME said---she wasn't strangled. Just found it curious and tucked that in the back of my head to mull over. All JMHO.

Going to that twitter account and reading I read one from july 2nd that reads that neighbors reported seeing Alanna outside playing as late as 2pm. So I take that to mean she was not seen after 2pm. jmo

As you are aware, Twitter fits under social media. If this particular Twitter account is from a verified MSM source, please provide a link.

If precious Alanna's body was placed in the back of a minivan and the hatch was not secure her body weight could have possibly push against back hatch opening it and rolled onto pavement.

Not sure what they are looking at on the ground not near the cone. Interesting. There was only one cone that I saw in photos.

I don't believe the children moved the body. At least not according to 911 call

BBM--Now that is a possibility. My neighbor lost two bags of groceries that way a few weeks ago. Something was caught in the latch, apparently, and the hatch popped up a few inches. When she pulled away from the traffic light, the bags rolled right out onto the street, in just about that location relative to curb and vehicle. She didn't notice until she had gone a block or two, when the tailgate finally popped up high enough that she saw it in her rearview mirror.

I think that it's not a palm tree. I think it's just leaves of a regular tree hanging/dangling almost overhead of the person taking the picture. :twocents:

Okay, I see the house now. It's the house that's on the same side of the road that the fire hydrant is on. Here I was thinking from the photos of the tarp that she was across from the fire hydrant. I wonder if the boys had actually moved the tarp from where it was originally discovered. :waitasec:

According to publicdata.com, he changed his name (Middle & Last name) in the early 90's while living in CA. Gallagher is not moms surname.. I'm not sure where Gallagher came from either.

Please stop sleuthing the parents! They are not considered suspects or POI's by LE at this time.

Sorry! I didn't think giving his name, which is public information was wrong. I never said he was guilty of anything!

Let's just remember that Websleuths is victim friendly. Unless a family member is considered a POI or suspect by LE, they are victims.

Another link to the rules...

Rules Etiquette & Information - Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community

Victim Friendly

Websleuths is a victim friendly forum. Attacking or bashing a victim is not allowed. Discussing victim behavior, good or bad is fine, but do so in a civl and constructive way and ONLY IF IT IS RELEVANT TO THE CASE. Additionally, sleuthing family members that are not suspect is not allowed. Don't make random accusations or post personal information (even if it is public) like parking tickets, address, or first and last names of all their relatives and their neighbors. Also, never "bash" or attack them, or accuse them of involvement. However that does not mean that family members cannot come into discussion as the facts and issues of the case are discussed.

I lost a cooler pulling away from a red light that way too carbuff. I didn't speed off--I'm an old lady and I drive like one too. :)

Just adding to what you've said that this is a viable possibility. JMHO.

If 2pm is somewhat accurate, 7 hrs went by before anyone checked on this child. Smh I just don't get it.

Teresa Woodard ‏@twoodard8 2. July

Neighbors saw the Saginaw child who died playing outside as late as 2pm Monday. By 7:30 her little body was found. What happened? So so sad.

That some neighbors saw her at 2pm says nothing about the time the family last saw her or checked on her.
JMO.

So does anyone think that the piece of plastic, pic on pge 3, 4th one down, looks like some kind of a latch, like on a tailgate?

I saw that and couldn't decide if it was an object or an oddly shaped spot of fluid (blood?)

If that orange cone represents where the tarp originally sat, the only way Alanna could have ended up there would be if the sicko's car was traveling in the same direction as the policeman's car (in this screen shot) and he VERY quickly and sharply turned left. This might have slung her body near the position of the orange cone.

This was my feeling in my post several miles upthread. A quick turn left or slid out the back.

I also think the orientation of the body might be telling, though cannot explain this feeling ATM.

Sleuthing does not mean implicating or accusing. It means digging up and posting information about the one you are sleuthing. NO SLEUTHING THE FAMILY. I don't get what is unclear about this??????
