Alanna was tortured before being killed.

That same article says she was abducted from her parents' home.

That has never happened before in any case I've ever followed. I can't even find transcripts of the 911 calls from a page I had saved.

Alanna's parents thought she'd gone to play at a certain friend's house, but those friends weren't home.

I don't know exactly what time she was seen last.

I don't know of her ever having had sleepovers.

LG texted me at 10:30 at night to tell me everything that was going on. Up until that point, she had been busy looking for Alanna.

I suspect she was lured, because while I believe she would put up quite a fight if forcefully taken, she was a friendly and trusting child and I believe she could have been lured.

I am leaning towards a sole perpetrator, but wouldn't be too surprised to learn multiple people were involved.

I don't really think this person has killed before, because the circumstances of her body placement just seem so sloppy and hurried/panicked.

I remember when I was dating my husband, saying to him that every time I saw a bag on the road I was afraid it was going to be a baby or something awful. I don't know why though. Isn't that weird? At what time did they think she was there?

I'm pretty sure that she asked to go to a specific house, and that's where they thought she went when she left with MM's permission.

I feel like there have been 1 or more instances of tarps or bags containing bodies in the road, long time ago. I remember when I was dating my husband, saying to him that every time I saw a bag on the road I was afraid it was going to be a baby or something awful. I don't know why though. Isn't that weird? I hate getting old.

I now feel sick to my stomach anytime I see a tarp or garbage bag on the side of the road.

Alanna had been potty trained for years.

AFAIK, she was not a bed wetter.

She did have her own bedroom.

I have no idea if she ever slept with her parents. If she did it would've been a running to parents' room after nightmare kind of thing.

The hot tub? I don't know.

No, I haven't yet told them that I post here.
