Great question. I wonder if those were cars that visited his house that day. Both cars looked like cars teens would drive, IMO. Hopefully, there will be answers to that soon.

That part of your post really hit me. Kids murdering and in most cases (probably in Alanna's as well) sexually assaulting kids. Something is really really wrong with society. So so sad.

Neighbors and parents say they were suspicious of this Tyler. I wonder why ? What has he done to make them suspicious or are neighbors just saying that after the fact so they can say ' i told u so ' ?

Initially they did say officer was alert and talking. THat was at the scene while he was being loaded for transport. An hour later, the crawl at bottom of fox4 feed said critical condition, shot in groin. He may have lost a lot of blood in the meantime. I hope he's ok !

All of my thoughts are focused on Alanna's family and the officer shot and his family.

I'm an atheist but share your opinion, the sooner he leaves this world, the better off it will be.

Don't get me wrong, when I said I want him to live, I meant for now. For the family to hopefully get some closure. I'm agnostic but I think people who commit heinous crimes like this, death is too much of a cop out.

I'm all for putting child killers on a desert island with lions and tigers and no food or water. :stormingmad:

Sometimes though it isn't the parents at all but something mentally off with the kid!

MOST of these crimes are not committed by geniuses. They are crimes of opportunity and impulse. And he dumped on impulse.



I'll look back in the pages to see which very CLEVER sleuther it was on here that said they felt the killer dumped the body in haste because they likely lived with someone and couldn't afford the luxury of time.

Officer Shot While Serving Warrant for Gallagher Murder

Law enforcement sources tell NBC 5 police went to the home of Tyler Holder, a teenager who lives a few houses down from Alanna Gallagher.

Law enforcement sources say Holder came to the front door with a gun in his waistband, pulled it out, and opened fire at the officers.

17 year old neighbour of Alanna's that was giving the Google Map car the finger, and had the red magnum car, dreads, that was interviewed a few weeks ago (see Matou's post she just made linking the interview again) answered the door this morning with a gun, while LE was serving a warrant for his arrest in Alanna's murder.

His DNA is linked to the murder.

Tyler is shot in the head, officer from Arlington shot in groin (or leg?).

3 Shots fired

Both in critical condition/or officer is okay, not sure on status, keeps fluctuating.
