ok the first days I totally suspected the parents, but after a while I was on the fence. Then the fires. After that, I felt it was someone outside the family.

I thought the red truck and the cars were just law enforcement trying to eliminate suspects, but the fact that this guy has been out there for a month is scary. very scary.

I hope he lives. I want to know why he did what he did. Then give him the death penatly.

Also regarding games. I am 37, but when I was younger we were gamers. Its typical of 13-25 year old males to game a lot. That doesnt make you a killer. If that was the case a lot more teens would do crimes like this. IMO, this guy had a lot of issues and in time it will come out.

If the fire was started by him and had he been better at it.. He could have killed them!

Too bad he wasn't that inept when it came to taking AG's precious little life.

I always felt from the very beginning that they had their case solved, never did I think they were baffled and bamboozled. They would have been in front of the camera again had they needed anything.

Also if you think about it, no private money was added to reward or even by the family. LE probably said we do not need to up the reward.

I remember doing a screen grab of the perp when the video was released a few weeks ago but did not even bother to post it. Sure wish I knew what they knew when they exorcised that SW.

I actually thought it would be solved in a week and a half, posted that when asked the time frame of an arrest. It is only 22 days, that is pretty quick and long also since they were probably right since July 2nd.

BBM

I am usually the last person to say I can "tell" something from looking at a perp's picture, or claim to be able to see that they are "soulless" from looking at their mugshot, as I'm more of a 'just the facts' person whenever I can manage it. But when I first saw the video of that guy, and he turned to face the camera with the sneer on his face, my stomach really did drop.

...which I then quickly discounted because, as I've said, his Facebook made it seem like he was just too dumb/stoned to live.

Such an angry young man. Ooohhhh 'be afwaid, be vewy afwaid."

We've got punks exactly like this in our town.

They seem to think they are the first ever to play loud music in their cars or smoke pot or squeal their tires.

I'm going to pray that this punk lives a LONG, LONG, LONG life. I pray he lives to 110 and every single day of that he has major panic attacks while bunking on the main floor of a Texas prison.

His one closest friend writes on facebook that she 'Loves tough bit@hes." Well I guess she'll get to witness that firsthand.

WOW what an infestation.

Anyone besides me remember Holder being described as 19 at the time, not 17?

I guess that's easy enough to clear up.

This would tie neatly into "he took red tape etc from that car".

(Edit: and now I wonder if there were cats in his house, since they took samples of the Gallagher cats' hair.)

There are dogs in his home.

They took him to the hospital you go to if you have no insurance. Which is weird since he's in an affluent neighborhood. Maybe just best able to deal with head trauma at the time. I think he's dead. No updates on his condition in too long.

I see from fb he also lists that he graduated from a 'Private' school.

Remember when I theorized that the perp stole some of the items found (tape etc) from the family car? Knowing that he lived 2 doors over and probably (?) creeped around there at night setting fires, how do people feel about that theory now?

(Edited because I originally typed that he lived next door which is not correct.)

The toilet paper still baffles me.

Not anymore.

Did you see animal control?

When I first started watching the live feed and animal control showed up I thought, "You got to be kidding." if this was about an officer who shot a dog I'm going to stop watching.

Then the one guy carried out this poor little doggie.

WOW what an infestation.

I just gotta defend music blaring, pot smoking, tire squealing teens... There are generations of them that grew up and are fine upstanding citizens today. Annoying? Absolutely! Killers? No way!

I'm more concerned by the smart, honor rolls ones dealing heroin & steroids under everyone's noses while being held out as exemplary.

In a life or death situation, they take you to nearest hospital, insurance or not. Fact.

Facebook will shut down the account soon, someone will notify them. The perp cannot, he is in the hospital and custody.

The hospital choice is from LE, that is most likely where they take all wounded or over dose perps.

He will be tried as an adult but will not be sentenced as an adult. If he lives and is convicted, the most he could receive is 40 years.

Thank you Always! I still try to keep up with TX because one day we hope to return there.

I am wondering if this means that the 17 yr olds can only be sentenced to a max of 40 years for capital murder and that max sentence is the most that 17 yr olds can be sentenced --period.

Or if---that's the max sentence for the conviction on the capital murder charge but conviction on other charges (say in this case maybe kidnapping...etc.) can be sentenced to be served consecutively? I'll have to keep tabs on this one...thanks alwaysonmy mind!
