SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Police Department is searching for a missing 14-year-old girl with a diagnosed medical condition.Police say Alexis Marie Best was

SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Police Department is searching for a missing 14-year-old girl with a diagnosed medical condition.

Police say Alexis Marie Best was last seen on Saturday in the 3000 block of Remigio Street towards the Southwest Side of town.

Best is around 5 feet 1 inches tall, 90 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair, according to officials.

Investigators believe Best is left-handed with straightened hair that is dyed a reddish or brown color. She also has a scar on her cheek.
