I'm surprised the tox results/cod is still pending. I really thought testing would be rushed and... maybe it has and just takes longer than I imagine?

My daughter's fiance unexpectedly passed away 2 months ago and we were told toxicology report could be 3-6 months with back up and covid issues. Not sure about state of Texas, but that is just in my state.

The above post says it could take 3-6 mo.

Not necessarily: Remember the Boston Strangler, Chicago has 51 cold case strangulations of women they are trying to solve, and many others murders/serial killers use this technique to kill their victims so no blood is left behind etc... Have to see evidence... MOO

Hmmm... interesting since I would have assumed there would be signs of strangulation on her body. But, maybe the person/s who found her didn't look closely enough?

Thank goodness it didn't take an additional 2-6 months for COD. Now let's hope LE has all their hard work ready and an arrest will come soon.
