Per NAMUS:

Alicia was last seen at a home located in the 500 block of West Danieldale Road Dallas, Dallas County, Texas.

She is a Hispanic female, 5'4, 115 pounds, thin build, black/brown eyes, straight long copper-color hair that falls past her shoulders.

Alicia was last seen wearing a fuchsia-colored long-sleeve shirt and dark-colored pants. The reporting person stated that the complainant drives a vehicle but that is the only information the reporting person has of the vehicle.

No court records in Dallas County, no social media, no posts from family/friends looking for her on Facebook, no msm articles. Other than the (I suspect) filtered or edited black and white photo (which I couldn't match to any other social media posting using photo recognition software) there's really nothing out there on her and she's been missing over a month. You would think there'd be more out there.

If one is providing a photo of a missing person in the hope that a person who doesn't know her would recognize her and provide a tip, why would one provide a black and white, filtered photo? That seems the least likely to be helpful. For that matter, why would NAMUS accept it?

Just thinking out loud.

Sometimes that's all the person has - something that has been sent via eail or posted on social media. But it's not uncommon to see a "missing" photo and it's nice and flattering but it looks nothing like the person on a day to day basis.

If that's the only picture available to the reporting person I would suspect he/she doesn't know her well enough to report her missing.

I found some court records for an A A with a different latino surname in TX but still searching to corroborate the information as it might well be another woman. I do not have high hopes to be able to find more however.

We know she was not leaviing her home when last seen, and that she has a car. We can also deduct indeed that the reporting person does not know her that well OR did not have recent contacts since they do not know which car she is driving. But cared enough to report her missing. Thus maybe she is estranged from her family.
The b&w picture is actually taken in a car, you can see the back seat.

So little information, it’s appalling.

I hope she is safe.

Found:

Outstanding warrants (Failure to Appear, Ran Stop Sign) in DeSoto, TX
Social Media - TikTok: @aliciavenzor245

I don’t think that is her tiktok, the same person has a fb and her photos are different.

There are a lot of homonyms.

According to this public site radaris, she may also go by Alicia A Acuna.

No court records (civil or criminal) in Burnet County (city of Burnet) or Dallas County (DeSoto TX) under the last name VENZOR. (note if you look in the Burnet records the public log in is "visitor" and password "visitor")

I found her on WhitePages, living in Fort Worth, from El Paso.

Who reported her missing, that doesn't know how to spell her name? This isn't just a very small spelling error, the last name in the thread title makes it sound like someone who just heard it, and never saw her name written down.
