It is very concerning that this young woman and her car are missing without a trace. I always think about bodies of water because so often cars end up there, not unlike Erica’s case, also in the Houston area.
Found Deceased - TX - Erica Hernandez, 40, Houston, 17 Apr 2021
There are many ponds and small lakes in addition to creeks and bayous in the Houston area. Those bodies of water are treacherous if one is not 100% focused on driving the twists and turns on some roads, especially in the dark. Praying for this young mom and those who love her.

Based on comments, I suspect her and her car will be found eventually... in the water...

Missing Richmond woman last seen Friday at Katy restaurant

"We got one fact. She's missing and been missing too long," Miller said. "Part of the investigation is that her phone last pinged pretty close to this area, and she actually said she was in some water, and her car was taking on water."

Detectives with the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office said they were going to continue to search nearby roads and the Brazos River.

Allison sent a text message with that information and then her phone went dead o_O

You're in a life or death situation and you send a text message to a friend, instead of calling your family or 911? Not to mention you can text 911 in Fort Bend County Texas.

Something very strange going on here, JMO.

I don’t usually go straight for “planned disappearance” but with Tim Miller stating that she told a friend that her car was taking on water…

IF her car was actually taking on water, I wonder what else she told that friend?

Or foul play. Anyone could have sent that text ... if you want to disappear, wouldn't you come up with a better story? There's only so much water on her route home and they should be able to pinpoint the time she left the restaurant and the time the text was sent. This should give a fairly narrow search radius.

I dunno maybe she really did run off the road, but on the face of it, sounds strange. I'm jaded I know.

MISSING: Allison Chapman Kempe – Richmond, TX (7/9/2021)

I also don't see a lot of missing persons being reported in Fulshear recently.
There certainly are a lot of water bodies and city dumps where could be the place where the car is found in the future.
Allison, to me, certainly doesn't seem like a person who would make much of an enemy out of anyone. I got that from her FB, she seems friendly and outgoing, i may be wrong.

IMO she'd had drinks with dinner and either wasn't thinking clearly or didn't want to call LE.
