Found Deceased TX - Allison Chapman Kempe, 41, Richmond, 2021 9 July

I don't think we are necessarily disagreeing. Maybe so or maybe I'm not being clear so let me try again, just in case. My point is that I don't believe she went into the river from either FM 359 or FM 723. I suspect (without evidence) that she was in the park for some reason and went into the river there. In the news video linked below you can see an area where this could have easily happened at about 44 seconds, when the camera pans away from the reporter. No fence, no trees, a person could drive a car right into the river. There are even tire tracks (perhaps from a recovery vehicle).

So that is my answer to your question. How did it [the car] get there? Rather than floating over a fence it got there because she was already inside the park with easy access to the river.

Sure the water the was high and sure the car floated down the river once it was in. No argument. And since some people are using the word conspiracy I'll also say that I'm not alleging any conspiracy or wrongdoing.

In summary, I suspect Allison was in the park when she went into the river and I don't know why she would have been in the park. That is all.

IMO
From my previous link, "they didn't find many tire marks", is a weird thing for investigators to say but I chalk it up to lousy reporting.
I mean, how many tire tracks are not many, exactly?
And "where they believe the vehicle left the road" implies your guess is as good as theirs. Just sayin'.

"According to investigators, they don't believe foul play was involved in the woman's death. They also said they didn't find many tire marks where they believe the vehicle left the road and entered the water. They said the vehicle floated about 100 yards down the creek from where it entered and the air in the tires may have allowed it to do that."

The flow is from South to North. Checked via Google Earth: elev goes down from S to N there. (Blue arrow)

Possibly she missed the corner (darkness, speed, rain, aquaplaning?) car went into the creek (Red arrow) and the flow took the car north (dotted red arrow). One possible issue in this: How could the car have travelled under the bridge of 359?
It would have gotten stuck at the northerly bridge (at the park), cause it has more trusses/supports.

The tracks visible in one of the shots of the recovery are probably from the recovery vehicle... recovering the car.

Just my take on it...

Thank you. She had to enter from 359 for the car to float with the river to where it was found. I went to google earth and clearly saw it, but wasn't talented enough to produce the marked pic like you. Great job!

Also, I can see her going off on the left side of the road too. Maybe the road was slick and she over corrected, who knows. But going to down the left side of the bridge would eliminate the bridge in the navigation..

Apparently 359 crosses Jones Creek in a couple of spots. The one I was looking at was further east and not the correct one.

If she missed that curve it looks like the ditch is wide and shallow, I could see water floating her car parallel to the road and down to the creek. I don’t see any street lights on the curve. I can tell from experience some of the old lines are hard to see at night if the pavement is wet around here in the dark.
