Some new information is in this MSM article. There is even more info if you read the full article:

Family seeks info on missing woman

. . .Mother Leticia Valadez said she was the family member who had the argument leading to her daughter’s departure.

Camarena suffers from mental illnesses and they argued over Valadez trying to convince her daughter to take her meds, Valadez said.

Now it’s been several weeks and she is beginning to think the worst.

“I’m worried due to the fact that she’s off her medications and due to she might fall into the wrong hands and due to that there’s a lot of human trafficking,” Valadez said. “That’s my biggest fear that she might fall into the wrong hands and due to human trafficking.”. . .

This says a "mother and daughter" lived at that home... mom and Alyssa?? I wonder if Alyssa was collecting some sort of benefit from the Government?

...Nichols added the remains have been in the home for a "long time" and stressed citizens should not be concerned for their safety. ...

Police: Human skeletal remains found in Seguin home

Would her remains be skeletal already? April until now wouldn't make a "real old" skeleton, would it?

From the article-BBM

Police: Human skeletal remains found in Seguin home

Police got the tip about the remains at the residence while SPD was investigating a report of a child abuse/neglect in another part of the city, Nichols said.

A welfare check on the residence revealed human skeletal remains inside a bedroom.

SNIP

Nichols added that there is no indication that the skeleton remains are related to the child abuse case.

A mother and daughter live at the home and have been interviewed, according to Nichols. Nichols said no one has been arrested and said it is difficult at this time to determine if this will become a criminal investigation.

Nichols added the remains have been in the home for a "long time" and stressed citizens should not be concerned for their safety.

I'm speculating here but I get the feeling Alyssa is safe and we'll be getting a major update soon. In April there was an argument right before Alyssa disappeared. Two months later an anonymous tip comes in about possible remains. Then, remains that were there for "a long time" are found in a home with a mom and daughter who currently live there. It's a weird, imaginative speculation on my part but I have a feeling Alyssa is safe and may be responsible for today's tip.

Whatever is going on the reality is that someone perished in that house. I hope it was a natural and peaceful departure.

ETA-assuming this is in fact Alyssa's home.

We don't know if this is Alyssa's home where the remains were found. However she's the only recent missing person case from Seguin that I saw. I believe that remains of someone missing since April would be skeletal by now (3+ months later)-- in Texas at least (colder climates might be different). MOO.
