Tuesday, Sept. 5th:
*Inventory Docket Hearing (@ 1:30pm CT) – TX – Anthony Tyrone “Burt” Woodson (5) (reported missing Aug. 29, 1981, Mansfield; not found) – *Terry Lee Woodson (27 @ time of crime/64/now 67) arrested (8/16/21) & charged (8/24/18) with murder. Plead not guilty. $200K bond.
Case was reopened May, 2017 Woodson told LE his wife beat Burt & he dumped him near a dirt road; a year later (Mar, 2018) admits to beating his nephew per his wife’s orders (about 8/27 or 8/28/21). Wife has since divorced him & has died.
Trial was set to begin on 3/10/20 was continued, no further dates.
3/10/21 Update: Trial was cancelled. Still in custody. Next inventory docket hearing on 9/7/21.

Any new info ? I tried to look for some, but since I'm in France, there are some websites that I can't access..
Also what about the homeless man who looked a lot like him, did his family ever contacted him ?

I hope that uncle at least leads the police to his body so that the rest of the family can have a proper burial...
I feel so bad for Anthony's parents and grandmother.. I'm sure they've blamed themselves for his disappearance, probably thinking that if he had remained in their care, he'd still be alive today... Of course, it's obviously not his fault; the only one to blame here is his uncle, that .. I wonder why he became a suspect so many years later if he was the one who was last with him..

Since I have to access to Tarrant County anymore - I am wondering - his last hearing was a Plea hearing - so wondering IF he plead guilty & has been sentenced already. This hearing happened back on 9/14/21....
