On February 4, 2019, at about 2:20 p.m., Antionette Witcher, a Black female 29 years old, was last seen walking in the 9300 block of Skillman Street. Ms. Witcher is 5’9’’, weighs 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Antionette Witcher was wearing a blue hockey jersey with Hammerhead on the front. She was also wearing black leggings. Ms. Witcher may be a danger to herself and others.
