SAN ANTONIO -- A Bexar County jury found a man guilty Monday night of slaying an 18-year-old female friend.

Jurors deliberated for three hours before finding Darryl Moseley guilty of murder.

According to trial testimony, Moseley confessed to police that he strangled, beat and stabbed Ashley Degerstrom in March 2005.
