Any idea why this keeps delaying and/or how many times they can postpone?
I'm not very familiar with court proceedings, this is the first case I've take the time to follow so I'm a bit confused.

Well - I really don't know "why" they keep postponing this, but in the court site it says "something" about defendant not signing a pass slip - no idea "what" that entails. Also maybe defendant doesn't like the plea deal....
