She was a little girl whom he stalked, abducted, assaulted and murdered in stages, all for his own sick pleasure.

Not that I care what he thinks, but what must he think to have all these fancy attorneys and assorted witnesses -- experts included -- making excuses for him?

I think he knows he’s just a piece of but must be relieving to hear alternative explanations.

Judge dismissed the jury until after lunch as he has some legal stuff to go over. Then someone said he just arrived in courthouse…..so maybe a voir dire of this next witness, maybe another expert?

WFAA reporter said judge cleared the courtroom and no one allowed in. Something about this next witness, a female expert. They think it is something sensitive to do this.

Have not bn following any live coverage or recorded news clips of ^,
am relying on our wonderful posters here.

Seems extreeeemely unusual that a judge would allow blurring of multiple witnesses this way for this type of testimony, explaining some some interactions w def't's as a child (apparently no actual autism diagnosis ).
How many wit's so far?

I know judges have discretion to allow this in limited circumstances, to protect witness privacy/identity, e.g., for SA vic's or for children testifying.

Seems there must have bn a motion to blur that prompted that ruling. and an objection.
Can anyone enlighten me about the judge's basis for blurring?

And some witnesses' last names not being revealed? What???

IMO, they don’t want to be associated with TH and refused to testify without blurring.

thanks, don't want to miss that. TH's stepsister I assume will not be called given she is all over social media stating things about that fun, great, well mannered child TH that the defense would not want brought into the courtroom.

First guy went by "J". Second guy (felon not a current inmate I don't think as he was wearing a bright pink shirt) wasn't asked his name but attorney told him "for the purpose of this hearing I'm going to refer to you as Norm" (?) (I think, it was hard to hear).
