That is what I posted on a previous post plus his grandfather...

I want to know IF Dr. Eileen Ryan will be back on the stand for cross - or did they do that yesterday - I must have missed that.... TIA! :)

I’d like to know why she thinks he would remove the clothing of a 7 year old girl if it wasn’t for his sexual satisfaction.
Did the experts receive any files outlining the crime and forensics or did they just interview TH and take his self-serving lies as fact?

DNA in Athena’s underwear but TH claims he got no sexual gratification? Hopefully the jury will see through the bs and judge based on the evidence.

Nope. She's back.

Live in the courtroom.

State opens hard on cross.

Did you rely on his self-reporting?

Why is the Defense expert defensive? Jaw set hard.

"The truth [his truthfulness] isn't important in this kind of an examination."

She said it, I didn't.

WITNESS: If TH had been the only one presenting me with information about his autism I might not have believed him. But I relied also on all the stuff the defense fed me about him being autistic. (heavily paraphrased by me with a huge dose of sarcasm)

the look she is giving the state during this cross is quite something. Agree, her responses are super defensive.

She didn’t put the facts of the offense in her report??

Her bill is close to $100,000

Honestly, Folks, she laid this out yesterday when she described the difference between a clinical evaluation and a forensic one, as she sees it.

IMO she started with the conclusion provided to her from the Defense and then magically sought only to reach it.

she relied also on the in home therapist and her extensive interview with her. You know, the one who said he was a great fun well mannered kid she took on field to her home (holy inappropriate batman)

Witness's bill alone is almost $100,000

she has personally come up with 10 separate diagnosis for TH.

$100,000 poured into this report that failed to acknowledge the CSA resulting in death that cost Athena her life.

Breaking it down

$10K per diagnosis.

While magically missing that sexual predator of little girls.

Personally I think she was paid $10K to attach disorders to TH and $90K to stay away from all things predatory.
