But I understand the prosecution has to prove with certainty.

because it was YSTR any male relatives of TH on the paternal line could be included so they cannot definitively say it is TH, it is obvious it is his, but the court has to and IMO should ensure that all results testified about are scientific, are validated and the correct interpretation is made, so they can say he is included but so are all his paternal male relatives

if her daughter was as fierce and determined and as strong as her mother she would have fought him so hard, and I love they don't dim her personality, she sounds like a firecracker, they are happy to let people know she was wild and feral, but also loved princess dresses and barbies, she loved fiercely, they did a good job coparenting, she sounds a mixture of a mummy and a daddy's girl.

Wow, she sure did. What a strong woman, who despite being heartbroken, remains steadfast in her support of justice for sweet Athena. My chest was heavy listening to her and I cried so many tears. I pray for some peace for her. I noticed several times that it appeared the judge quickly wiped his cheek with his hand. I imagine the jurors had a similar experience to mine. IMO
