Babysitter cousin being cross examined. Last time you saw TH was around 1992? She is not sure. 11 or 12 was last time I saw him. So if your birthday was 81 you last saw him in 1993.

All of her memories about communication skills, your recollection is from around 1993? Yes.

She confirms she associated with wrong people at some points, but did not kill, sexually assault or abduct anyone. No further questions. Witness excused.

next witness is a professor at Purdue, he will testify as to the alleged lead poisoning.

TH, with his unfortunate upbringing and and all real or implied diagnoses, managed not to steal and murder any little girls on the days he didn't.

So how is anyone supposed to grant him any mercy because of possible lead poisoning which he would have had equally on days he did and steal any little girls, including the day he had access to TWO but had the FORESIGHT not to take by virtue of nearby parents.

TH wanted two things: to steal and SA a little girl AND not get caught do be could keep his job (and possibly to be able to continue stealing little girls. And he made all kinds of mental calculations to weigh those things before acting.

May I ask the junior professor how many adults have had serious lead poisoning? And of them, how many stole little girls?

After getting a job which gave them access, after homing in on homes with little girls, after developing a plausible ruse (are you alone or are their adults nearby who might report me?), after covering the forward camera 1.5 hours ahead of time in preparation of a crime (once choosing not to act, once choosing to act)?

PS. Every child grown up around/in a home built in the 1900's has been exposed to lead. From construction material to paint, to water in the surrounding soil it was present.

So TH would occasionally/often swallow coins and poop them out. He didn’t chew them up and digest them. So he has lead poisoning…..yeah right. This is comical and this witness thinks he’s just so funny.
