How about all of these “experts” study his brain after the State of Texas carries out the DP?

I want him to stop playing with his fingers.....

Oh my hippocampus…. That always reminds me of flakey Alice Laviolent or what ever her name was from Jodi Arias trial

State stumps the witness with:

Did autism cause TH to commit this crime?

I think that is why these experts were willing to testify. Access to a living brain. For their academic purposes.

Not Athena's.

At least with all these scans, if TH is put to death, we don't have to worry that the government killed a disabled man from a protected class.

The Defense couldn't even establish that.

TH is a sociopath who had behavioral issues as a child, nature nurture and ACEs, which qualified him for support services, but nothing predictive of this crime.

I'm upset. I could have spent this whole day of testimony peeling my fingernails back and still used my time more wisely.

No way!
Who else could possibly be testifying?
Bless those jurors, I would be spitting nails having to sit through this ridiculousness.
IMO.

Well I sure hope the defense doesn't present a veterinarian that tries to convince us that the problem is TH used the wrong food when he fed his wolf instead of feeding the wrong wolf.

As obnoxiously boring and pointless as all of today’s witnesses were, Blurry Beth’s flippant attitude -as if she were there to be witty and entertaining and maybe get the judge to sing (wtaf?!) irritated me the most. And she was chewing gum the whole time. Can we put her on trial next please?

  • #2,300
I don’t know, but Beth sure thinks she’s knows it all.
I get the feeling this was a case of a narcissist trying to teach a psychopath how to behave.
