It's an apparently homeless male with black/ salt and pepper hair and black/gray facial hair who was found in a field in Austin, 2730 East 7th Street. He is 40-65, Hispanic/Latino, 155 pounds, 67 inches, had multiple scars in his arms and legs, no tattoos.
He had a food pantry card "Ernesto Torres 11/07/48" but LE haven't had any luck with that name and DOB. He was wearing blue pants, a white shirt, and a brown belt and had a brown wallet.
