Cold Case Tuesday – Ava “Nikki” Scruggs

On May 12, 1997, Ms. Scruggs was killed in the 1100 block of High Hill Drive. Ms. Scruggs died from severe head trauma. She was last seen alive by a friend.

Poor woman. There’s so little information available about her murder. I hope they can find who did this to her.
