Well from the PI timeline LL was informed that B called 911 by Misty and that was on 8/10. I don't know why she would then lie and say they didn't tell her he called 911 and she figured it out the following Tuesday after looking at her phone records. That clearly seems to be untrue unless again the PI totally screwed up the timeline.

I wonder if she called the phone carrier if she could get that info?

Third comment down from Verizon.

From Verizon:
First, thanks for your response, acraftylady! SuperSammy, calls to 911 do not show up in your Usage Details or on your Detailed Billing Statement because these are non-billable calls. The same is true for calls to *611. However, acraftylady is correct in that 911 will have a record of the call.

Thanks! Well I just don't know... She must have slipped up on that one!

Another of the many inconsistencies. :banghead:

Yes it was Verizon. I can't remember where I saw this but maybe in the Blogtalk interview? IIRC she mentioned when she got out in the fields near where the truck was while searching she lost service and IIRC this is where she mentioned Verizon.

Blogtalk is on thread #1 page #2

It's in the comments section on LL's page. She says Verizon, but she never says what type of phone and whether it is a smartphone or not.

Thanks for answering my question, I guess I just missed that. My next question is she told him to go home? Where was she at?

That's what I was wondering...I told him just go home? Then when she talks about Kyle & the gas cans she states "take the gas can & get gas then BRING it to Brandon, Kyle took the gas can & left." That never made since to me either. But then again she talks in circles & only gets a couple of words out for a sentence, then changes to another sentence, says a couple of words, then we are on to a new sentence. Never completes a sentence & it drives me nuts!!!

And about the 911 calls supposedly showing up on her phone bill... Phone bills are processed where you actually pay for your plan a month in advance, but charges such as 411 or overages are billed a month behind. If she was to receive the actual bill in the mail or even online it would not have shown charges from a few days prior. The bill would have cycled as least 7-10 days prior to them getting an actual bill/invoice. And I don't believe you can see charges or extras online until the charge is processed for the bill. And I've called Verizon & asked about 911 calls & they said it would show an "outgoing call" but no number would show. Maybe she just saw the 911 surcharge/tax on her bill & with the dispatcher telling her a call was made, L jumped the gun & said it was on their cell bill.

The Texas Ranger mailed the tape to LL so she could listen to the voices and confirm they were indeed BL's voice. I'm sure I saw that on LL's page in the post of the 911 call.

LL got a tape? That sounds strange. A cd or audio file (mp3, wav) I can understand, but a tape? Either way: why was the released recording of the call not a transfer rather than just recording off of a speaker?

For that matter, if LE wanted verification of the voice wouldn't they just show up and play the recording for her? I'm assuming there is an active investigation. It just doesn't make sense to mail it.

Still interesting to see the timeline such as it is. For a short period of time it seems a section of hwy 277 south of Bronte was the busiest place in the world.

:goodpost:

My exact thoughts. I have never heard of them mailing a tape to verify who it is. If they wanted to know if it was BL they would have either had her go down to the station or go to her house and play a portion of it for her try identify.

And round and round we go. While the stories spin on and errors not corrected, BL is more than likely laying somewhere out there deceased.

My honest opinion, I think certain people are more interested on how they look on social media and are enjoying playing the martyr.

Where is BRANDON??

I believe she was referring to his parents/Ft Worth as home.

I've seen a lot of people say "bring" instead of take in that context.

My thoughts and opinion are in red
And while it may be in the time line, I know I read somewhere that Kyle went back to Brandon's to get the gas can? Or did he have to buy one and the gas with the money he didn't have???
*Edited to add-----Why have the phone in the van charging when you KNOW your man is broke down? Either charge in the house or sit outside to hear the phone

Aug 8 11:53pm Brandon left his house (PI timeline 11:54/Blogtalk 11:53)
Aug 9 12:10am Kyle went to Brandon/LL’s house to check on Ladessa (PI timeline) (Why did Kyle go to check on LL?)

Aug 9 12:30am Kyle called Ladessa and said Brandon was out of gas and said he needed gas cans (Kyle called and she answered:doh:)(PI timeline)

Aug 9 12:34am Ladessa had missed call from Brandon/phone charging in van and she did not know(4 mins later she misses Brandon's call:nono:) (PI timeline)

Aug 9 12:36am Ladessa had missed call from Brandon/phone charging in van and she did not know (PI timeline)
Aug 9 12:38am Brandon called Kyle saying he ran out of gas(Big difference in 8 minutes from the above 'call') (Blogtalk transcripts)

Aug 9 12:40am Ladessa reports 911 call about truck in the road at 12:40 (What does it mean LL reports a 911 call?, her phone was charging in the van, she had no clue about 911, nor had Brandon called 911 yet)(facebook)

Aug 9 12:48am Ladessa had missed call from Brandon/phone charging in van and she did not know (PI timeline)

Aug 9 12:53am Brandon 911 callHe does not say one word, that we know of, about running out of gas! (PI timeline 12:53am/blogtalk transcripts 12:54am)

Aug 9 12:58am 911 call about truck parked haphazard on road (sanangelolive.com)
Aug 9 1:10am Kyle/Gf and Deputy Neal arrive at the truck (blogtalk transcripts)
Aug 9 1:19am last communication from Brandon to Kyle’s gf saying he was bleeding (If Brandon was bleeding, and this was the THIRD call between them, he should have waited by the side of the road or told them where he was, not 'ten minutes up the road, NOR did he say anything about calling 911 for help!!! )(blogtalk transcripts 1:19/PI Timeline says called on the way to truck at 1:18)

Aug 9 4:30am Kyle calls Ladessa to tell her he can’t find Brandon/she realizes she has missed calls(OOOPPPS, it seems LL's phone is no longer in the van charging) (blogtalk transcripts)

Aug 9 5:00am Ladessa called police station to see if there was an update (PI Timeline/blog talk says 4:30am)

Aug 9 7:00am Kyle puts gas in the truck and leaves the gas can in the back (This is Kyle's THIRD trip out to the truck, KNOWS it is out of gas! and just now puts the gas in?, What if Brandon had returned? Why wait so long to put the gas in the truck? Was he out looking for Brandon all night? Doing what where?)(blogtalk transcripts)

Aug 9 8:30am Sheriff’s dept has truck (By this time, EVERYONE knows that Brandon was NOT FOUND! Did they search for him then? Just tow the truck and carry on?)(blogtalk transcripts)

Thank you for the super breakdown, Psychic Sleuth

I think a reward should have been set up for information into what happened to BL. Tips could help solve this and find BL. Lots of times a reward is a great incentive to get people to talk.

:winner: Thank you, those are great points and that is why this whole thing feels like a :rollercoaster: and a :trainwreck: all at the same time. No one knows what the truth is. Is he still alive? Is he hiding? Where is Brandon?

Idk sounds strange to me, I don't think I've ever heard someone say bring him the gas if they were supposed to be taking him the gas. Makes me wonder where she was & where Kyle needed to bring the gas.

In the early days of this case, I could have sworn that I read somewhere that K didn't have money for gas so LL told him to come get the gas can and a few bucks. I could be wrong and it could have also been deleted from fb if that is where I saw it. I honestly can not remember.

Anyone remember this?

And home is normally where you live with your family or at least the house. When I refer to my in-laws house, which is in another town I say my husband's parents house or if I'm talking to my husband I'd say "just come back home or go to your parents house or your brothers house & cool off

I also remember that about the gas cans and having no money.
And those who have listened to the 911 tape over and over, did Brandon tell 911 he was out of gas? I thought not, but I may need to correct myself..Anyone remember?
